Professor of Legal Sciences, in the years 2010–2019, judge of the Constitutional Tribunal; lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, head of the Department of Constitutional Law; in the years 2015–2019, chairperson of the Legal Sciences Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences; in the years 2007–2010, Deputy Ombudsman; specialist in constitutional law, parliamentarism and constitutional judicature; supervisor of PhD dissertations and reviewer in over 14 doctoral and habilitation processes; author, co-author and editor of nearly 200 scientific publications.
